Who Are We?
Wrinkled Feet was founded by Cheryl Blair in 1993. She developed a love for swimming while on her high school swim team. During her senior year in 1972, Cheryl began teaching others to swim at the local pool.
After going to college, getting married, and having kids, she began teaching swim lessons again at her mother’s pool in north Dallas in 1980. When she and her husband built a pool in their backyard in 1993, she took her passion to the next level. As a certified Water Safety Instructor (WSI), she welcomed more children each year and officially launched Wrinkled Feet.
In the years that followed, all three of Cheryl’s children joined her in teaching lessons, helping nearly 400 kids each summer learn the essential skill of swimming.
Today, her daughter Stacie continues the tradition, keeping Wrinkled Feet a family-rooted program. She now teaches alongside her daughters Jordan & Katie, and wonderful trusted friends and family who share the same heart for helping kids gain confidence in the water. The very same backyard pool has now become a place where thousands of children have learned to swim and grow in their abilities.

Hello! I’m Katie, Stacie’s daughter and one of the instructors here at Wrinkled Feet Swim Lessons. You’ll see me in the water teaching right alongside my mom! I love helping your kids grow more confident each week and celebrating all their little wins in the pool. It’s such a joy getting to work with your families!

Hi parents! I’m Stacie, the instructor behind Wrinkled Feet Swim School. I’ve been teaching swim lessons for many years, and it brings me so much joy to help swimmers of all ages feel confident and safe in the water. You’ll usually find me in the pool, cheering your children on and celebrating every little milestone. I truly love what I do, and I’m grateful for the chance to work with your families each season!

Hi parents!! My name is Jordan and I am Stacie's daughter. I just recently got married but I still stay involved with my mom's business!! You may not see me in the pool too much, but I am the person behind the screen designing this website and managing our socials. But every once and awhile I love to help out in the water and see you and your children's smiling faces!
