Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Wrinkled Feet. We understand that schedules and circumstances can change, and we aim to be as clear as possible about our refund policies so families know what to expect.​​

 

1. Refunds Before the Session

 

  • Swim lesson fees are fully refundable up to 30 days before your confirmed class start date.

  • To request a refund within this window, please contact us directly.

2. Refunds After the 30-Day Window

 

  • All lesson fees become non-refundable beginning 30 days prior to the start of your scheduled class.

  • This includes last-minute schedule changes, conflicts, or withdrawals.

 

3. Cancellations or Time-Slot Changes

 

  • If you cancel or request a time-slot change before or during the session:

     

    • You will be charged in full for the entire session if your spot cannot be filled.

    • A $25 cancellation fee per child will apply in these cases.

4. Illness & Missed Classes

 

  • Refunds are not issued for missed classes due to illness, personal scheduling conflicts, or other absences.

  • We recommend attending all lessons as scheduled, since repetition plays a key role in skill development.

5. Removal for Behavior or Safety Concerns

 

  • As stated in our Parent Agreement, children may be removed from class for ongoing behavioral issues or safety concerns.

  • Refunds are not issued for permanent removal related to misbehavior.

 

6. Weather Cancellations

 

  • Classes may be postponed or canceled due to rain or unsafe weather conditions.

  • Make-up classes will be offered as scheduling permits and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Refunds are not available for weather-related cancellations.​

7. How to Request a Refund

 

Please email us with:

 

  • Parent/guardian name

  • Child’s name

  • Session dates

  • Reason for the request
