3. Photography & Media

Our Parent Agreement covers all policies regarding photos and videos.

If you prefer your child not to appear in promotional media, you must notify us in writing before lessons begin.

4. Liability

Swimming involves inherent risks. By participating in our program or using our website, you agree that Wrinkled Feet is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from:

failure to follow pool rules
unsafe behavior
disregard of instructor guidance
medical conditions not disclosed to us
