Wrinkled Feet will provide:

• A safe and fun atmosphere for your child to learn.

• Your child the opportunity and encouragement to advance his or her skills in swimming and diving.

• An organized and structured class for all children to learn.

Parents and children will:

• Arrive on time for class (but no earlier than 5 minutes before class start time).

• Arrive ready to swim with proper attire and a towel.

• Not be allowed to bring or wear goggles, swim shoes, or toys during class time.

• Provide for a prompt pick up (within five minutes) of children after class.

• Parents will only be allowed to watch class on parent observation day, the last scheduled day.

Employees of Wrinkled Feet reserve the right to:

• Give a ‘time-out’ to any child who misbehaves, disturbs other children in his or her class, or does not obey the pool rules.

• Permanently remove a child from class if there is a continuing problem with misbehavior.

• Postpone or cancel a class in the event of rain or approaching bad weather.

• Reschedule a postponed class to a make-up date or time, as scheduling permits.

Other Policies

• No refund will be given if a child is permanently removed from his or her class or if a child is sick.

• Reserve the right to take photographs & video of children during swim class for promotional purposes

• Make-up dates and times for bad weather will be available on a first come, first served basis.

• Swim lesson fees are fully refundable up until 30 days prior to the start of your confirmed swim class date, after which all fees are non-refundable.

• Cancellations or changes to a confirmed time slot prior or during the session will be charged in full for the entire session if that spot cannot be refilled, and a $25 cancellation fee per child.

• We are not responsible for any injuries to a child as a result of not following the pool rules.
